General Issues/Complaints:   

For general issues and/or complaints with regard to the Folsom Athletic Association, fields, etc., please direct them to the President, VP or Director or email them to PlayBall@FolsomAA.Net.       

For Teeball, Softball & Baseball Issues:

***The names and contact information of all Board Members and Commissioners for each division can be found
on the telephone directory.

---ISSUE BETWEEN PARENT & THEIR CHILD’S COACH---
    Parents should first try to address the problem/issue with their child’s Coach.  If you are unsuccessful, they
please reach out to the division Commissioner (teeball, softball, baseball).  If the Commissioner feels that they
cannot resolve the issue or for more guidance, they will contact a Board member (President, VP or Director) who
will then intervene by in most cases interviewing the parent, interviewing the Coach, arranging meetings to
discuss the matter and to come to a resolution that most benefits the child.
If you do not feel that you can speak with the Coach or Commissioner directly or you feel that there is a conflict,
you may contact the Board directly at PlayBall@FolsomAA.Net.
